Prime solution for length and velocity measurement with highest precision and high speed in challenging applications.
The COVIDIS series connect the benefit of the contact free optical measurement principle with a high precision length determination. Furthermore standstill and the movement direction of the material can be determinate accurately. The achieved accuracy of < 0.05% in length measurement is comparable to laser based solutions. With the advantage that no laser safety regulations need to be consider. The high working distance of d = 300 mm (11.8 in) allows also measurements on hot and sticky surfaces.
